The Howe Community Library is offering a mobile book service for Howe residents that are unable to come to the library. If you know of someone that would love to read but is physically unable to drive or walk to the library, please let us know. We will deliver library books to them. The library has a variety of books and books-on-tape just waiting to be checked-out! Please help us find “readers in need”! For more information, please contact Becky Hogenson at 903-532-3350.
