Mr. Wilson has 20+ years experience in school administration and over 25 years total experience in education. He began his teaching career in Norman, Oklahoma and Kemp, Texas. While at Kemp Junior High, he was named Teacher of the Year in 1997-1998. He served as Assistant Principal at Mabank High School until his move to Howe. Mr. Wilson was hired as Howe Middle School Principal in 2004 and continued as principal through the 2006-2007 school year. He spent six years as Assistant Superintendent for Howe ISD before rejoining the Howe Middle School staff as Principal in 2013. Mr. Wilson graduated with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 1995. He then earned his Master’s Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2001. Mr. Wilson and his wife Alicia, a Pre-K teacher at Summit Hill Elementary School, have three children – Jackson, Eli and Mia.

Josh White | Assistant Principal
Mr. White has been in education for the past 16 years as a teacher, coach, and counselor. He was most recently at S&S Middle School. He began his teaching career in the Metroplex before coming back home to Grayson County. This is Mr. White’s first year at Howe Middle School. Mr. White received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in Commerce. He then earned his M.Ed. from Southeastern University in Durant, Oklahoma. Mr. White has 4 daughters – Elissa, Jenna, Bailee, and Nikki.
